    a 1.On the discharge procedure, customers are required to directly
    appoint any solicitors to attend to the Discharge of Charge/DRR.
    For any refund on excess redemption sum, the attending branch is
    to give a copy of Notification Letter & IBG Form (attached) to
    the customer and explain that the IBG Form is to be signed &
    forwarded to their appointed solicitors (witness by solicitors/
    branch officer) and to be returned to KLV MC together with the
    Discharge of Charge / DRR by the appointed solicitors for bank
    execution.
    2.If customer does not have any specific solicitors, branches
    are to provide the list of panel solicitors for customer’s
    selection and proceed with the discharge procedure under
    item (1) above.

    If the customer insist that the Bank issue an Instruction letter to their appointed solicitors then they will have to be present at the branch to sign the SRF form and duly witnessed by the Bank Officer.

    As only a letter was submitted, we considered this an incomplete case without the IBG form and shall keep this case in abeyance until further advice from you or the Branch. I would appreciate that the PIC involved could contact the customers and advised them on the correct process since this 3rd party insist to submit as it is.

From the beginning I was in a contract position and moving to permanent, and from card to banking.
